I’m stepping up to fight poverty in Nova Scotia and invite you to join me. Did you know that our province has the highest rate of food insecurity in Canada?  Chalice Canada is working to make a difference through its 3K Step Up Walk, happening Sunday, May 29th at the Emera Oval in the Halifax Common. Money raised will go to fighting poverty in our own community.  The funds will be used by the St Vincwnt DePaul Society in metro.
